November Artist: Rob Powers

The November artist is Rob Powers who will be exhibiting his photography. 

Rob Powers says of his art, “My primary interest has always been landscape, nature, and architectural photography. As to what motivates the artist, the answer to that question has been pondered by artists, psychologists, and philosophers for centuries with varying degrees of success and accuracy. For me, it’s the “rush” or the “a-Ha Moment” you get when you know you’ve captured something unique. My hope is that through these images, I can project that feeling to the viewer”.

After a widely varied career (or careers), upon retirement, my interest in photography and creativity has been rekindled. I’ve been traveling and shooting as often as possible and thoroughly enjoying my newly re-discovered passion.
