Join Cora at the library for this series of Flow & Go TriYoga!  All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to participation. Waivers are available at the front desk.

The class will start with a lesson and then allow time for live practice between Craig/Adam and the students. No experience necessary. All experience levels are welcome! 

Immerse yourself in a world of mystery and yarn! Once a month we will meet and discuss a book while knitting or crocheting our own projects. There is nothing better than a good book and a craft!
