These weekly, one-hour FREE meditation classes will be taught by monks from the Pittsburgh Buddhist Center. They are designed for beginners as a gradual training program in secular meditation practice.

We'll be using Zentangle techniques to doodle and relax. Keep your pattern simple with pencil/pen/marker/crayon and paper, or embellish it with watercolor/acrylic paint, or glue on yarn to canvas for fun 3D patterns.
