Celebrate spring at the library makerspace by crocheting floral coasters! We'll provide patterns, cotton yarn, and hooks to make these flower coasters. Basic crochet skills are recommended to take this class.

No experience necessary!  Learn chess and have fun.  Club meets every other Saturday.

The Allegheny Valley League of Artists was founded 8 years ago. It has members from across the Allegheny Kiski Valley-Springdale, Lower Burrell, Natrona Heights, and New Kensington.

Do you love to browse through cookbooks and try new recipes? Are you a foodie? Would you like to meet new people and share food with them? Then this is the club for you! Each month, we will select a cookbook and keep it at the circulation desk.

In 1943, changes in WWII military priorities led to halted mail posting/delivery, with a subsequent drop in soldiers’ morale. To fix this, the Women’s Army Corps’ all-Black battalion, the 6888, was sent to tackle years’ worth of backlogged mail.
